Chief People Officer Daniel Lopez represents a rare combination of technical and domain expertise, holding both an MBA in Human Resources Management and an MS in Information Technology, with over 20 years of HR leadership including 15+ years in federal contracting and direct experience at Booz Allen Hamilton supporting cleared professionals across DoD, Department of Education, and FEMA personnel security processes. Communications Director Scott Powers brings strategic marketing and communications expertise to guide the company’s market positioning and stakeholder engagement as Lincoln America establishes its presence in the federal AI technology space.
